Taking Macro Lens on a Pre-Dinner Walk

It’s such a lovely day in Burnaby, BC, that I went for a second walk before supper, a slow perambulation around Ron McLean Park next door.

I decided to take my Sigma 105/2.8 macro lens only, because I usually rely on a broad-range zoom. The fixed focal length forces you to move, and the macro narrows your perceptions to fine details.
