I followed the sound of crows attempting murder ( : – ) and found them harassing this raccoon up in a tree eating cherries near the Byrne Creek dyke in south Burnaby, BC.

As I was approaching the parking lot, I heard another bunch of mobbing crows, and spotted another raccoon about 15 meters  up a tree.

Came upon this Cedar Waxwing enjoying a good scratch at Fraser Foreshore Park in south Burnaby, BC, this morning.

I found two Great Blue Herons fishing in Fraser Foreshore Park in Burnaby, BC, on my morning photo ramble. Both successful!

When doing volunteer streamkeeping activities we occasionally come across expired coho smolts and cutthroat trout with stab wounds. There you go. . .
