We got our first fresh corn on the cob today, and of course Sora the Rascally Cat had to try it. She’ll try pretty much anything, I don’t think she knows she’s supposed to be a carnivore.
About the only thing she’s turned her nose up at is carrots.

We roamed some trails at Centennial Beach in Delta, BC, today, and came across lots of crawling and flying little beasts.
We loved watching this heron fishing a few meters off the boardwalk in New Westminster, BC, today. Amazing success in the murky water.
We were having a picnic in Ft. Langley, BC, today and this wee bee kept hovering a few meters away. The AF couldn’t find the bee, so I had to manually focus. An SUV’s taillights in the background.
We spent a couple of hours at Burnaby Lake in Burnaby, BC, this morning. Toasty in the sun, cool in the forest. Lots of birds and bees and beasts to see!
