I was cleaning the fridge today and found we’d accumulated enough single-serve packs of soy sauce over the last year or so to amount to a full measuring cup.
Seems like such wasteful packaging. I try to remember when ordering Chinese takeout to tell them not to include any, but forget now and then. And often sushi comes in sets prepackaged with single serves. . .
We covered a good chunk of the Skytrain system, heading up to Lonsdale Quay on the north shore, then all the way out to Aberdeen Centre in Richmond, back downtown for some lights, and then home to Burnaby. A long but fun day.
The recent strong winds brought this tree down across the trail behind our place. I made a good choice in not going for a ravine walk the other day!

I spent several hours wandering Centennial Beach and the Raptor Trail in Delta, BC, today. I usually see harriers there, and today I had almost given up and was heading back to the parking lot when a pair showed up.
